Q: Do you work for Royal Caribbean?
A: No. I'm an indepedent advisor at Vass Travel.
Q: Do you only work with Royal Caribbean?
A: At Vass Travel, we work with all cruising companies. We also book all-inclusive resort hotels worldwide.
Q: What about budget? Is it cheaper to go on a cruise or an inclusive resort?
A: Great question! It is a common misconception that cruising is too expensive. There are small-budget options available! There are too many factors to consider. Please send me a request or schedule a phone consultation; you will be surprised how many options there are!
Q: How are you different from Expedia or Booking.com?
A: I'm your personalized, dedicated go-to person for travel. From planning to booking your itinerary to making changes, upgrades, and so on, you'll always deal with the same person.
Q: What fees does Vass Travel charge?
A: None! Much like a real estate agent, our revenue comes from commissions. Our consultation services are free. We have a price match guarantee, so you'll never pay more when working with Vass Travel.
Q: Is there a way you can save money by booking with you?
A: Yes, through my host agency we frequently have promotions. I suggest signing up with my newsletter and following my blog and social media.
Q: Refunds?
A: Excellent question. Cancellations and change of travel plans yes. However last-minute changes are extremely difficult to accommodate. Travel insurance is crucial for that reason!
While on the trip or after the trip, refunds are void.
Q: Travel Emergencies
A: I need to know about those right away. Depending on the circumstances my assistance can be limited but I'll do my best to get you home safely.
Q: Is there a price match guarantee?
A: Yes!

A: None. All pricing is transparent and will be clearly identified on the itinerary before any payment is made.
Q: Can you assist with travel visas and passports?
A: No, but I'm no stranger to foreign travel. I can offer advice.
Q: Do you have access to exclusive deals that aren’t available to the public?
A: I have access to upcoming promotions.
Q: How safe is it going on a cruise?
A: Extremely safe! They have strict safety protocols in place to ensure the well-being of passengers and crew. For instance, there are regular safety drills before departure, lifeboats, and life jackets are readily available, and the crew is trained to handle emergencies. Additionally, modern cruise ships are equipped with advanced navigation systems, security measures, and medical facilities onboard.
